SUMMER LEAGUE RULES
25 minute halves (5 min halftime)
No Goalies. Game Box rule is applied.
BOX RULE:
Not defenders can stand in the mark area if they touch the ball a Direct Kick from 15 yards will be awarded to the opposite team, (everyone should stand behind the ball.
if the offensive team touch the ball in the box, the defending team will receive a indirect free kick.
if the offensive team touch the ball in the box, the defending team will receive a indirect free kick.
- No guess players are allowed anytime. In the case a team is missing players the other team will take some players out to play with the same number of players.
- Seven (7) weeks of regular games.
- We encourage all players to wear shin guards, but they are not required.
- All are Kick-ins to resume play from the sideline
- No offsides
- Substitutions on the fly and unlimited
- Goal kicks may be taken from any point on the defensive touchline. Goal kicks are indirect, All the kicks are Indirect. Player must be 5 Yard from the ball.
- No slide tackling
- If a team is Up 3 Goals, the other team can add a player or if we are missing players the winners will have to take a player out.
- Teams need to score from their offensive side.
- Fouls:
- This is a friendly league and we will not tolerate any fighting or overly aggressive play.
- Red Card: Out for that game plus one (1) Game Suspension.
- Penalty kick: Taken from the penalty mark.
- All kicks are indirect with the exception of penalties.
- Be respectful to everyone, including teammates, referees, and organizers.
- Referees and board members have the right to eject a player from the game or the tournament for continual rough/physical play, misconduct, or any form of violence in or off the field. In the case the game don’t have a referee, a board member is allowed to make any call based on this rules.
- This is a friendly league and we will not tolerate any fighting or overly aggressive play.
- All other rules that are normally part of the game of soccer, and that are not specified here, also apply to this league.
Friendly reminder, this club is run by volunteers, so be respectful with them and players while we got players from all the races, backgrounds, gender identities, gender expressions and sexual orientations.
